Hi,
As the title suggests I received my lease renewal notice(for which I need to reply in 30 days). I asked for an appointment with my building manager to discuss options but they never responded with any answers. Now my lease got renewed for one more year(and I have already signed up for a new place). What options do I have? I spoke to my building manager about it and mentioned that lease transfer is an option but I am not able to find any replacement. What should I do? What does the TAL process look like in this scenario?

Appreciate any advice/inputs from the folks.
