Am I the only one that absolutely loves my call center job?

I love helping the customers, I love the variety in the different clients and customers, and even the awful customers are few and far between.

I have been doing this for 8 years now, and sure I have bad days, but the good days far outweigh the bad ones.

Am I just crazy?

I just got my Pen Needles script refilled, and for the first time in probably 5+ years, I did not get the refill with the sharps container.

My question is, is that normal for the pharmacy to just stop giving you the prescription that doesn't include the container?

Side note - the price was exactly the same.
