Best value automatic 3kg roaster?

What are the best value 3kg roasters on the market? I have a hard budget of $10k for something brand new, but would go cheaper for something used. Looking for something that can accurately execute existing roast profiles automatically with the click of a button, but bean loading and cooling steps can be manual. So far have considered the Santoker R3 as a good option.

HC-880s vs Eureka Drogheria

I run a small roastery and cafe. I'm looking for a good value grinder for filter, cold brew, and the occasional retail bag. Looking for relatively low retention, little to no fines, stepless grind adjustment, easy workflow, something that can produce great cup quality/clarity to showcase our light roasted single origins that we use for filter, and finally something easy to service/clean. I don't expect to need to do more than ~15lbs a day total and likely less than that. These are the two options I've narrowed it down to within my budget, but would be interested in hearing if there are any better options ~$1.5k for my use case.

To-order filter coffee machine?

My cafe is looking for a filter coffee machine, but we want to minimize the waste that comes with traditional batch brewing. We don't offer pour overs because we are a small shop and the additional labor time isn't manageable or worth it for us. I was wondering if any of you have experience with machines that can produce filter coffee quickly and to-order. The only example I've seen of this is the starbucks clover vertica machine. Bean to cup would be a good, but a machine that requires use of a separate grinder would also work perfectly!
