Hey all, I got stopped through the detector today, I took off all of my jewelry and had nothing in my pockets or anything. Still. Beep beep!

I ask the guy, jokingly, if it's my silver tooth I have. He says yes. Is that seriously possible? If so, what do I do? He could've been kidding, the guy is a blank slate and I can never tell what he's feeling. Regardless, he said it and I'm curious. I can't just remove it, my tooth was cracked in half from an injury. I know this is absolutely ridiculous, I know how metal detectors work which is why I'm so skeptical. I literally had nothing else metal on me. I even took of my shoes.
