Why does tipping culture exist here when low pay is mainly a US issue?

I know that America doesn’t pay their servers well which is why they justify tips- but Canadians workers are getting paid like any other jobs, then why are restaurants and other places asking for tips and even look down on you if you don’t tip?

Interaction between strange supreme and professor x is wrong

Professor x’s ability should not allow any removal of cards unless they’re being moved. But correctly in HV, I’m running strange supreme and professor x and it has happened multiple times that SS absorbed a card from professor x’s lane even though he should not be able to remove that card.

It’s really unfair
