Hi All, I own an entry level chargriller smokin pro off set smoker that I have enjoyed smoking brisket, pork butts etc on for about 4 years. I'm looking to upgrade to a thicker walled stick burner smoker and also a larger one as I'm hoping that would allow me to throw on larger sticks less often. However space is limited so only a small size increase is possible. I've attached the 3 smokers I'm considering, the grand champ is my favourite as it has the chimney coming from meat level and it is the heaviest so hopefully thickest walled, but it's pushing my budget limits. Anyone have any experience with these?
