Does anyone know about any good vegan butter brands? I get the flora one since it's easily available at the nearby supermarkets, but it's a total disaster baking anything with it as it's too oily(?). Lmk if anyone knows about any better substitute. Also as a brokeass uni student I'm kinda looking for cheaper ones so yeah not too expensive 😭🙏
Hey yall, I was thinking of starting a club where we focus on advocacy for animals, since I noticed there are no clubs like that.
It would be different from the enviro club. We will focus on animal exploitation, human-animal relationship, speciesism, ecofeminism, animal justice stuff like that. It wouldn't necessarily have to be on vegan/vegetarian diet, but we would share the role of animals in our society, how we can take the initiative for animal welfare and reduce unnecessary harm.
We can have debate/discussion, guest speakers, farm sanctuary visits, awareness campaigns, plants based cooking workshops, also maybe collaborations with other clubs and external organisations.
And most importantly anyone interested in animal welfare or ethics advocacy can join. Would anyone be interested in a club like that?
