Underwater themed musical from when I was a kid
I watched this movie in the 2010s but I damn well know that this movie was probably not released in the 2010s and I'm 99% sure i watched it on VHS. If it was not on vhs, then it was 100% on dvd. The movie could have been released between the 1980s and the 2000s. I watched this movie a lot but all I can remember is that the beginning shots of the film were on the beach, and I think these children were trying to find seashells? It also had lots of musical numbers and costumes. I remember this one scene where a child finds this glamorous pink(?) starfish who had a mirror in front of her, if i remember correctly. This scene then went into another musical number. I really wish I remembered more, but this is all I know. If It helps, my mom would often find dollar bins to buy dvds and vhs for me so it might have been some sort of shitty b-side type film. Literally anything helps because I've been trying to find this movie for a long time and it has plagued me. THANKS!!!
