8+ months in and still pain.

So long story short. January 6th I had a reversal and basically it was 4 months of hell. Close to 20 prescriptions, 10+ Dr, er visits. The pain would not go away.

2 months ago I had epididymis surgery. Went relatively fine. For the first time i was pain free...until about a couple weeks ago. Nothing particular happened. The pain just came back. The right testicle gets swollen. It hurts if anything touches it. When I get up, instant pain. It goes through to my groin. And now (don't know if it's related) but I'm basically having 24 hour back pain.

Has anyone experienced this? I'm back in that bad place mentally of will this ever get better? And it's so damn frustrating. Apologies for venting. But this has basically been 8 months of pure pain.

Any advice, at my wits end.

So here's the jest of it. Right before my now wife went to college she got a dog. Felt it would be good to have around because at the time we were in different cities. Come to be her place was too small so it stayed with her parents for 3 years.

Fast forward she moved in with me. Was a 3 bedroom townhome with a doggy door. The dog would refuse to go outside, go anywhere without my wife. Separation anxiety to the max. As up her ass. Constantly licking her and then me. Wanting attention. Every waking minute of every day.

Fast forward to the present. (Roughly 8 years later) We bought some land and are building. So in the meantime we got a 1 bedroom apartment. I was ok knowing it will be crammed but saving as much as possible was more important. And every waking moment of every single day dog is there. Breakfast there. Lunch there. Dinner there. Naughty time...makes a fuss she's not there. All the time. And I've tried many occasions to have a talk about maybe ask your parents to take her back while we're here. Maybe re-home because she has to be miserable. And she says I know I know. And it's back to the same. Anyone who isn't me or the wife she constantly barks and throws a fit. Constantly getting on the couch. And when I try to be firm she (my wife) gets upset.

Idk, maybe this is a rant instead. I'm just tired of the constant needing of attention. Never a moment alone. Never a quiet moment's peace.
