iPhone 15 Plus battery replacement advice needed (84% health, 1015 cycles)

Looking for some advice from people who’ve already replaced their iPhone battery recently. This is my first time doing a battery replacement on an iPhone.
I’m using an iPhone 15 Plus purchased on 23 September 2023. Current battery stats:
Battery health: 84%
Cycle count: 1015
Battery life is still usable, but I’ve started noticing faster drain, some heating during heavier use, and I’m wondering whether now is the right time to replace it or if I should wait until it drops below 80%.
I’m from Chennai but I can also consider Bangalore service centers if needed. I was initially planning to go with Aptronix, but after searching Reddit I found a lot of mixed reviews depending on the branch. Now I’m confused between:

Apple Store/official route
Would love to know:
Which authorized service center you used
How long the replacement took
Whether the battery replacement was done same day
Any issues after replacement
Approximate cost you paid
Whether replacing at 84% is worth it
Would especially appreciate Chennai/Bangalore experiences since service quality seems to vary a lot by branch.
