Started Gym on 1st August. Need genuine advice from experienced lifters.

1 August se gym start kiya hai, abhi around 1 week ho gaya hai. Dropper hu, to abhi padhai ke saath gym bhi consistently kar raha hu.

Mera goal sirf fit rehna nahi hai, college start hone tak ek achhi aesthetic physique banana hai. Bulk bhi karna hai aur body ka shape bhi improve karna hai.

Abhi meri body aisi hai (photo attached). Mujhe honestly batao ki kis muscle group pe sabse zyada focus karna chahiye? Chest? Shoulders? Back? Arms? Legs? Ya overall full body hi karu pehle?

Diet bhi middle-class budget wali hi follow karni padegi, to agar koi simple tips ho ya beginner mistakes jo avoid karni chahiye, wo bhi bata dena.

Experienced log please guide kar do. Jo bhi advice doge, usko follow karne ki full koshish karunga. 💪

Patna Marine Drive deserves way more hype.

I used to think it was just another road beside the Ganga... but after visiting it, I completely changed my mind.

Went there in the evening and the vibe was unreal. The cool breeze, sunset, people just chilling, couples, families, bikers... everyone was enjoying the moment. For a while, it didn't even feel like I was in Patna.

I recorded a small video too, but honestly, no camera can capture the actual feeling of being there. It's one of those places you have to experience in person.

Sometimes we keep looking for peaceful places outside our city while ignoring gems like this.

If you haven't been to Patna Marine Drive yet, just go once around sunset. You'll know exactly what I mean.

Took a gap year for CLAT after 12th... and I feel like I'm ruining it. Need advice.

I took a gap year after Class 12 to prepare for CLAT because I genuinely believed I could do much better with one dedicated year.

But now, I honestly feel like I made the wrong decision.

I'm not studying properly. Most of my day goes by just sitting at home, watching random series or scrolling on my phone. The worst part is that even those things don't feel enjoyable anymore.

I've started avoiding people. Friends call me, but I don't pick up. If they ask me to hang out, I make excuses. I don't feel like talking to anyone.

These days I just stay in my room. Movies are boring. Sleeping doesn't feel good. Studying isn't happening either. I feel irritated all the time and it feels like I'm becoming more and more isolated.

I'm constantly worried that I'm wasting my gap year, and that thought is making everything even worse.

Has anyone else gone through something similar during their CLAT gap year? How did you get out of it? Any genuine advice would really help.

Anyone else has that one "I don't study" friend who casually scores 90+?

Bro, I swear every CLAT aspirant has that one friend.

Me: "Kitna padha?"

Him: "Kuch nahi yaar, bas paper de diya. English acchi hai na."

Then the results come out...

90+ in mocks.

Every. Single. Time.

Meanwhile I'm sitting there after actually studying, trying to figure out where my marks disappeared. 😭

And the funniest part? If you ask him for strategy, he'll say, "Bas passage padh aur answer kar." Like bhai, itna simple hota to sab 90+ la rahe hote.

I genuinely don't know if these people are lying, naturally gifted, or just allergic to admitting they study.

Please tell me I'm not the only one with a dost like this. 💀

Hitting 19 made me realize... we were never "too young" for life to hit us hard

I turned 19, and somehow this year taught me more about people than school ever did.

You realize friendships slowly fade.

People who said "I'm always here" disappear.

Everyone is busy fighting their own battles.

Nobody checks up unless they need something.

You stop expecting messages.

You stop explaining yourself.

You stop chasing people.

It's weird...

At 16, I thought life would get easier after school.

At 19, I just have more responsibilities, more pressure, and way less people to talk to.

Some days you laugh with everyone.

Some nights you stare at the ceiling wondering where that happy version of you went.

2026 made me understand one thing:

Not everyone who supports you stays.

Not everyone who leaves was your enemy.

And not every battle is visible.

Maybe this is what growing up actually feels like.

Tell me I'm not the only one who feels like this.

Nobody talks about how lonely a CLAT drop year actually is.

Everyone says, "Bas ek saal ki baat hai."

But that one year feels like forever.

One day you see your school friends posting hostel room tours. The next day it's freshers' parties, college canteens, late-night outings, new friends, college IDs... while you're sitting at the same study table solving Legal Reasoning and Current Affairs.

People think a drop year is just "studying at home."

They don't see the guilt when your parents ask, "Padhai kaisi chal rahi hai?"

They don't see you questioning yourself after every mock test.

They don't see you smiling at your friends' stories while silently wondering, "Did I make the right decision?"

Some days you don't even feel jealous. You just feel... left behind.

You miss birthdays, trips, random plans, and memories that everyone else is making.

But you keep telling yourself that maybe missing one year is better than regretting the next five.

If you're also taking a drop for CLAT or any competitive exam, I hope you know you're not alone.

Maybe today we're watching everyone else live their college life.

Hopefully next year, it'll be our turn.

Until then... back to the books.

Anyone else feeling the same?

I’m 19M and I don’t feel interested in anything anymore

I’m 19M and lately I feel like I’ve stopped feeling anything properly.

I don’t get crushes anymore, I don’t feel like falling in love, and I don’t even feel like having a girlfriend. Even when I start talking to someone, I enjoy it for maybe 4–5 days, and after that I just lose interest and don’t feel like talking anymore.

The weirdest part is that I don’t feel like studying either. I took a drop year for CLAT preparation, but I’m not studying properly. I don’t feel like doing anything. I keep making plans in my head about what I should do and how I should improve my life, but when it comes to actually doing those things, I just don’t feel like it.

Sometimes I even think, “Maybe I should talk to someone,” but then I realise I don’t even know what I would talk about. I don’t feel like I have anything to say.

Is there anyone else who feels like this? Is this just a phase, or is something wrong with me?

Is CLAT really a merit-based exam, or does money decide who reaches the top NLUs?

I've been thinking about this for a while, and I genuinely want to hear different opinions.

Whenever I look at students in top NLUs, it feels like a large number come from financially well-off families. Of course, there are hardworking middle-class and lower-middle-class students too, but they seem fewer than I expected.

It made me wonder

- Is this because rich students can afford the best coaching, mocks, mentors, and a better study environment?

- Or is there something deeper in the system that makes it harder for students from ordinary backgrounds to compete?

- Have you ever felt that CLAT is biased toward those with more resources?

I'm not saying seats are being sold or that the exam is corrupt. I'm just trying to understand why there seems to be such a big gap in representation.

I'd especially like to hear from:

- Students currently studying at an NLU.

- First-generation law students.

- Middle-class or rural aspirants who cracked CLAT without expensive coaching.

Please share your honest experiences. I'm preparing for CLAT myself, so I want to know the reality instead of just assumptions.

Need Help Starting CLAT Preparation from Zero 🙏

Hi everyone,

I'm starting my CLAT preparation from today, and honestly my syllabus is 0% complete. I don't know where to begin, so I really need some guidance from seniors and aspirants.

If anyone has CLAT online classes, notes, study material, mock tests, or Telegram resources that they can share, it would be a huge help for me.

Also, could you please guide me on:

- Which subject should I start with first?

- Where should I study English, Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques from?

- How can I complete the syllabus efficiently if I'm starting from scratch?

Any roadmap, free resources, YouTube channels, Telegram groups, or personal advice would mean a lot.

Thank you so much in advance! ❤️

Is it possible to crack CLAT if I start now?

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to appear for CLAT 2027 (6 December 2026). The truth is, I haven't started my preparation yet, but I'm starting from today.

Is it still possible to crack CLAT if I study seriously from now on? Has anyone here started this late and still managed to get into an NLU?

I would really appreciate any help:

- A realistic roadmap for the next few months

- What subjects should I focus on first?

- Which books and mock tests should I use?

- How many hours should I study every day?

- Any mistakes I should avoid?

I'm ready to work hard, but I feel a bit confused about where to start. Any guidance from seniors or CLAT aspirants would mean a lot.
