Like no matter how much Remus' world revolves around Sirius and same for Regulus with James it will never be enough because James and Sirius will always choose eachother.

At the beginning of the year I was locked in and taking everything seriously but now, I'm still trying to take things seriously but my brain won't shut up for even a minute. I don't use my phone that excessively and when I do, I usually don't consume short form content yet when I try studying, my brain is SOO occupied with so many ideas and idk how to shut it down. I tried counting in my head before I open the lecture to clear my mind but it doesn't work. What should I do?
