Posted here yesterday because it was whining, so I took everything apart again and rerouted the belt. It seems like its under too much tension before I pull the pin on the tensioner? Am I good to pull the pin and send it or did I fuck up? Need advice please

This is the first time I ever changed one and it's been a minute since I started the car so idk if this is a normal sound or not
