Is Shankarpalli becoming the next growth corridor after Kokapet?
I've been tracking Hyderabad's west-side expansion. Kokapet and Neopolis grew rapidly because infrastructure reached them early. Now areas around Shankarpalli are getting attention due to connectivity and planned development.
Question: If you had ₹60 lakhs today, would you buy a 2BHK apartment or a 200 sq.yd HMDA plots near Shankarpalli? Why?
