My last parent died and willed the house, equal shares between myself and my siblings.

Been given the option to buy.

Can we live there legally until probate and mortgage is through, and do we pay rent.

Trying to see how/if it's possible, as we are trying to limit the amount of time the house is idlee

Is there any discord/group for users of this? Bought one for light use like HA, voice etc, but not been blown away by the product at all - its a fairly old version of Ubuntu (jammy) - docs are a bit lacking.
