Is this too much ground cover?
Recently planted. Near front door. Wanted something that would fill in the gaps between the plants nicely which may take another season or two. Is it too much?

High LDL and LP(a)
I’m 36, healthy weight (though I did gain 15 lbs in the last 3 years which I plan to lose over the next 6 months), healthy BP, healthy in general, knock on wood!
My LDL was always around 120, and not a huge cholesterol eater. The last 2 years it’s been 150.
I have 0 plaque, just got the CT. And most importantly, found out my LP(a) is 312.
A statin is likely in my future says my primary who I trust. Just getting thoughts and opinions and stories from others in similar situations. Insights are appreciated!
