Best Neapolitan Pizza in QC?

I've seen a lot of mentions of Pizzéria NO.900 and Nina Pizzeria, but also see a lot of negative reviews for both that the pizzas are soggy and not very flavorful. Obviously every restaurant is going to have some unhappy customers, but curious which you all prefer and think has the best quality and why or if you have another spot that you think has nailed this style pizza best in QC? Merci beaucoup!

Restaurant reccs

Hello friends! I have been reading through posts and doing research and I've settled on a couple of restaurants to try to check out when we are in your fine city in August (so excited!). I know this question has been answered a lot, but I'm curious if I can get more specific. Thanks for your help in advance!

We are a party of 6 (myself and my partner, our two teenage kids, and my parents) and all love to try new things and eat local specialties or any food that's more fresh and lovingly prepared and, of course, delicious! Open to any type of cuisine, like to get a little bit of a variety, no dietary restrictions. We all are a bit too into sweets so love a good bakery, ice cream spot, or any unique treat. We are staying near Vieux-Québec, but have a car and can drive a little to get to a spot (maybe 30 minutes or less ideally).

Some of the spots I already have bookmarked to try:

SWEETS (if you could only go to one of these which you go to?)

  • Fendel & Lilo Cheesecake
  • Saint-Sau Boulangerie Café
  • Pâtisserie Chouquette
  • Boulangerie Pâtisserie Le Croquembouche

LUNCH

  • Babeurre Délicatesses
  • Boulangerie Pâtisserie Le Croquembouche or Saint-Sau Boulangerie Café
  • Le Billig

DINNER

  • Chez Boulay-Bistro Boréal
  • La Planque

GENERAL

  • Grand Marché
  • Île d’Orléans (farms)
  • Marché Public Cap-Rouge

So my question is, I have 3 nights of dinners, Chez Boulay is already a stretch for us in cost (I'm estimating $70-100 CAD?), La Planque seems like it is a little less (maybe $40-70 CAD?). Is there a third restaurant you would pick if you had one more night that is Around $45-55 CAD per person?

And what is your favorite ice cream spot (and flavor)? Thanks so much!

Chute Montmorency

Hello! Thanks in advance for any help. I am trying to understand how it works at Chute Montmorency if we want to do the cable car and the zip line. With the zip line it doesn't specify how you get back to the other side. Do you need to walk over on the bridge and how long about would that take? Where does it make the most sense to park to do the cable car vs the zip line, is it a different area or are they closer than it looks? What about the panoramic staircase? It looks like the cable car is far from the zip line and the staircase is kind of between the two, but I can't tell. Thanks!
