I've tried so many different screwdrivers and even went to a hardware shop and asked what one to get but nothing is working! I think the head must need to be different. Does anyone have any idea? I'll leave a photo of the screwdriver I got here too as the size is correct.

Update: Sorted! Thanks so much to all the responses. I ended up pushing the shelf up over the screw and was able to remove them then!
