anyone saw* a whizz bike on the street? was really weird

So I admittedly had a bad game as Syndra vs naafiri. Laning phase she wasn't winning and we were keeping it equal but she started roaming when talon was going to gank bot or bot. I'm pinging like a Maniac because if we just played safe I felt like even with their dive we would go 1 for 1 at least.

We even had a fight where we chilled a little and it being a 1 for 2. Mind you this is because I just can't with naafiri, she gets on me when I'm playing Syndra if I miss my e I'm cooked, next time do I just perma follow?

So to anyone here is it normal to not be able to just deliver? its all greyed out and my only options are new rochelle and yonkers? am i boned or can i just drive to manhatten and hopefully get orders? really sorry for the ignorance maybe i should of started a decade ago but i never needed money od until now
