I will have a room available in a 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment on a high floor with views of the Statue of Liberty in Downtown Brooklyn, less than a 5 min walk from the B/Q, 2/3, A/C/F, and G trains.

Sublease Period: Sublease starts around September 10, 2026 and ends January 31, 2027 with option for lease takeover. There may be some flexibility on the start date.
Roommate: For this sublease period, you will be sharing the apartment with a working professional man in his early 30s. He has to wake up very early for work during the week so please be mindful & respectful of that.
Rent would be $2,575 per month plus a one-time $2,500 security deposit. Rent will be prorated in September based on move-in date.
