I'm negotiating with a private seller for a 2018 Sienna XLE FWD with 180k miles. There is a decent maintenance record. There are some minor dents and scratches on the side and front fender (cosmetic) and the interior is a bit dirty. The biggest issue is there is a large crack on the windshield and so it will need to be replaced.

We are negotiating on $11,000 - is this a good deal?

EDIT: I forgot to mention, this is in the NJ/NYC area. given the zip code, minor damage, and milage - carfax says the private party value is $10,310. However that doesn't take into account that I will have to replace the windshield....

I supposed my question is, is it common for people to pay above market price for used siennas like this?
