Looking for experiences from parents of sensory-sensitive toddlers
For parents of sensory sensitive children, when did you first start noticing signs of sensory sensitivities? Did they develop gradually, or did you notice a sudden shift in your child’s behaviour? Did anyone experience a change around 18 months? My daughter wasn’t having any issues up until now and is now very sensitive to change (circle time ending and going outside), loud noises, laughter (only certain laughs), and adults talking loudly. Completely understand this could be normal. Just wanted to hear from other parents. This is happening more at Daycare but we are noticing some of it at home. Thanks!
