Hello, I have a room in a house in Oak Park about a mile south of the UCD Medical Center that I'm looking to rent out.

You'll get your own room, we'll share the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. I'm storing some stuff in the living room but I don't really use it so you pretty much get that as well.

Parking available on the street or driveway (there's a garage but I think the entry is a little too small for a car).

Small pet friendly.

No smoking.

Rent is $750 + PGE, SMUD, and internet. Available now. The lease times are flexible.

About me: I'm a 30yo guy. I'm pretty easygoing, I like to keep the common areas clean, and I'm kind of a loser so I spend most of my time in my room. Looking for someone similar so I figured I'd try reddit first :^)
