Since the roads have opened and buses are travelling now, what is Copacabana like? Is it still a ghost town? Can you do tours to Isla del Sol?

I was just wondering has anyone rented here and if there are any issues about anti-social behaviour. I know the area well enough but wanted to know about safety of locking bikes and how successful the gated community was.
