I need every sylus mains to see this 😫🔥

I honestly can’t shake the feeling that inflop either completely forgot about the branches or originally had a very different plan for them, because how the hell does Sylus still not have his branch after nearly two years? It’s especially suspicious when OG3 were the ones who received the earlier branch-focused treatment, while Sylus and Caleb were left waiting.

What makes it even more questionable is that the initial livestream presentation made it sound like we were getting MS content for the two LIs in the next update, and only after the backlash did they clarify that Caleb and Sylus would be getting their own branches. Then they said they were going to start working on their development, which honestly gives the impression that these branches weren't even properly in development or prioritized until the backlash forced them to address it.

I also have a feeling the Time Lock Key event was intended as a one-time thing for OG4 rather than something they planned to do for every LI they were going to add to the MS, especially given the rumors about there eventually being nine LIs. My guess is that they were planning to move into a new MS rotation afterward, with () being the first to start. But then I really don’t think they would have released his MS again alongside Caleb’s just to give him the Time Lock Key event if they were actually thinking about player reception. Having a new LI appear in the MS and then immediately giving him another MS appearance would have pissed off solo mains even more, and honestly, rightfully so.

Obviously, this is speculation about their internal planning, but looking at the scheduling and the way the branch announcement changed after the backlash, I really can’t help wondering if their original plan was nowhere near as fair or balanced. Sylus waiting this long for a branch is ridiculous 😭

I’m just so tired of how badly they’re handling the content schedule and planning. It’s genuinely terrible for player retention. People are eventually going to lose interest when they have to wait months and months for meaningful free content for their main.

We only get paid content throughout the year—myths, multis, solos, birthdays, reruns, and promise cards—and you have to pay for each of them to experience those memories for your main. Meanwhile, free content suffers from scarcity because the gaps between releases are so damn long. We barely get any meaningful free content, whether that’s MS updates or free 5* cards. These can take as long as a year and a half or, even worse, more than two years, while even free 4* cards take forever to come out.

At some point, players are going to get tired of constantly waiting for their main's content.

There are only three days left before this banner ends, so I’m wondering when we’re getting Raf’s myth PV

This post was prompted after seeing their side claim that they’re responsible for the low revenue, while completely ignoring all the players (especially cn players) who are actively boycotting the game for various reasons that have nothing to do with bringing () back.

I also wanna be delusional like them lol.

Anyways,

Manifesting better QoL updates, a healthy balance between paid and free content, more main story updates, high-quality content for all LIs, generous rewards, fixes for the lighting issues affecting dark and brown skinned MCs, missing Sylus and Caleb content, and at least one Bond story and one Anecdote update per year for every LI.

Lastly, no judgment if you're still spending cause we don't do that here.

Feel free to vote, and if you're comfortable sharing, let me know what you usually spend on (Aurum Pass, Secret promise, Heartfelt vow, cosmetics & outfits, myth banners, every banner, etc.). and whether your spending habits have changed recently. Did you start spending more, cut back, or stop spending altogether. I'd love to see the breakdown of our community!

Edit: I don't quite know which category I should put myself in. I buy the aurum pass (I have over a year's worth saved up after stacking them because I usually buy cosmetics and outfits that I love), Heartfelt Vow (since I started spending), all anniversary packs, sometimes cheap limited banner packs, most tiered reward packs that come with multiple banner pulls, weekly chests occasionally, and limited outfits whenever they release them.

I have all the limited outfits except one for the boys and two recent MC outfits that were released during the movie banner. I don't usually spend on the top-up store; I prefer to stack aurum passes instead (although I did buy one cheap top-up pack once). I also try to avoid buying limited packs, but I sometimes fail 🥲

I chose the second option, Low Spender, because I don't spend every month.

When do you think Infold will make their first post after this whole ordeal?

You can also comment on what you think their first post will be about, based on your own speculation.

Edit: you can skip on 28th 🥲

And even on Sylus's 2nd anniversary, they couldn't celebrate him without involving volvo. At this point, it should've been called velcro project—that would've been more fitting, considering what the account actually posts.

Also, can these so-called Sylus mains stop using Sylus's lore to prop up velcro? Nothing frustrates me more than coming across those posts.

I genuinely can't tell what their next move is amidst all this chaos. They announced that Rafayel's myth would be revealed in July, but now support says it's been delayed to August. Meanwhile, both CN and global Rafayel mains are reasonably asking for the delay, so it's hard to tell whether this was already planned or if they're adjusting their schedule in response to the backlash.

It's been a month without a new banner. Why are they staying silent instead of communicating with the playerbase? They're leaving us to speculate about what's coming next. Their lack of communication has been one of their biggest issues for years, and they still don't seem to be learning from it.

The game is really going through a content drought right now. I don’t know what to expect from inflop, they've been disappointing every players.

I need new content 😪
