I genuinely can't tell what their next move is amidst all this chaos. They announced that Rafayel's myth would be revealed in July, but now support says it's been delayed to August. Meanwhile, both CN and global Rafayel mains are reasonably asking for the delay, so it's hard to tell whether this was already planned or if they're adjusting their schedule in response to the backlash.

It's been a month without a new banner. Why are they staying silent instead of communicating with the playerbase? They're leaving us to speculate about what's coming next. Their lack of communication has been one of their biggest issues for years, and they still don't seem to be learning from it.

I noticed that in the game client the System Notice page showing all of the latest content updates (Heartfelt Gift, Promise Re-runs, Housing update, Double Drop Event, etc) is gone now. System Notice had three tabs this morning and now it has two.

Also, the Event Notice tab only shows the Heartfelt Gift now. I was sure that it had some others this morning.

I hope this means they'll say something about Rafayel's new myth soon because I'm getting impatient.

I know everyone is probably so sick of Valko post but I just find this situation so funny as a black lads player. Since the start of the game, LADs has only had like 4 medium tan to dark skin but when players of color complained, we were told to stop playing if we don't like it. Then theres the lighting issue where darker skinned players couldn't even see their MC during cut scenes. Again, we were told to just stop playing if we're mad and that Infold is a Chinese company that is obviously going to accommodate fair skinned/chinese MCs more.

Now with the Valko situation, those same words are the worst things you can say. Suddenly them being a chinese company isn't a good enough justification for them not wanting to lose money from their main player base. How come players of colors get told to kick rocks but when non players of color are affected, suddenly everyone needs to stop what they're doing to fix the situation. So i'm sorry if i'm lacking sympathy after essentially being told to kick rocks by the same fandom that is begging for a LI that had less than 20 minutes of shown content back.

I know this came out a while ago but I always regretted not buying it and now I’m planning to order the full set but just wanna ask first before I spend that kind of money🥹🥹

I'd like to share a suggestion for what we could do when Rafayel's fourth myth is officially announced.

I know most of us want to support Rafayel and his mains after everything that's happened, so I just wanted to reinforce the idea that, if you'd like, you could leave a comment supporting Rafayel, his mains, or simply saying something positive about the PV itself.

Personally, I think it's better not to leave negative comments about V and instead keep the focus on Rafayel, his PV, and the people who are excited for him.

It would also be nice to upvote supportive comments if you want to. That said, I honestly think the healthiest option is to leave your comment and avoid reading the rest, since they'll probably be filled with pro-V comments and I don't want anyone to have their excitement ruined.

Of course, everyone should do whatever feels right to them. I just thought it might be nice if we had a common approach going into the announcement.

What do you all think? Do you think this is a good idea, or would you prefer to handle it differently?

I've been seeing a lot of V supporters on twitter saying that the CN government cleared V+Infold.

But if that were the case, why would they still be on a (supposed) media ban ?

The way I see it, there are 4 situations that could exist, based on the arguments of V supporters, that all seem to contradict each other. Only by admitting at least on of their argument is false can I find a situation that's not contradicting itself.

First, let's list their alledged arguments that are relevant in this situation:

- The CN government cleared V+ Infold, and are urging them to listen to "global players and release V" in an article

- They're on a media ban

-A data-miner showed proof that V was still in the game (illegal btw)

-The reason the game has so many bugs is because V was only hidden, but still in the game, causing it to be unstable

-The "antis" are a loud minority, and the majority (even in CN) want Valko back

-Most, if not all big spenders want V back

-Infold will bring V back

And now, here are the situations that would explain why Infold is silent, based on these arguments:

1) The CN government DID clear V+ Infold and the reason they're not speaking is bc they're on a media ban

--> If the CN government cleared them, wouldn't that also imply that they would retract the media ban, since it would be standing on null terms ? (ie Infold and V did nothing wrong ?) Also, if they are urging them to release V, they would absolve the media ban, so that he can be released, no ?

2) The CN government DID clear V+Infold and the reason they're not speaking is bc they're trying to arrange the behind the scenes to welcome V

The V supporters have alledged that a data-miner showed proof that V was still in the game(very illegal btw), and was causing the bugs, since they had to temporarily hide him.

--> If that is the case, wouldn't it be actually quite easy to retrieve him ? Since he actually IS in the game, and him being alledgedly hidden is SO detrimental to the game ?

3) The CN government DID clear V+ Infold and the reason they're not speaking is bc they're waiting for the "antis's" protest to calm down to release him

The V supporters have alledged that the "antis" were actually only a loud minority, and that MILLIONS of CN players were all in for V, and that most if not ALL the big spenders were for V to be back

--> If the majority of players ARE actually for V to be brought back, wouldn't they actually be able to overpower the "antis" protest? And also, since Infold would have no reason to be scared of losing revenue (since, as the V supporters claim, every big spender is for V) why wait, since they've been cleared and thus let free of their alledged media ban ?

And finally, the situation in which you have to admit that one of their argument is wrong:

4) The CN government DIDN'T clear V+ Infold and the reason they're not speaking is bc they're on a media ban

--> If so, this implies that Infold has no benefit to releasing V, bc no fandom argument can be bigger than the CN's government opinion

The only situation that doesn't seem to contradict itself is the one were they're not talking bc they're on a media ban bc they have NOT been cleared by the CN government (contradicting argument n°1)

The other situations can be true, but only if you admit that one of the arguments used above are false

Sit1:For the media ban to be true, you would need to admit that they weren't cleared

Sit2: Either he's not in the game, or he's not the one causing the bugs (every big patch update has been filled with bugs, even before V), or they're not planning to bring him back, thus, even if he's in game, this is of no importance

Sit3: the "antis" are actually the majority and/or the big spenders are all/mostly against V

I don't want to bother/hurt the V supporters by going on THEIR sub to talk about something that they obviously find annoying/hurtful/disagree with (thus I also don't think I would have truthful opinions).

So, while I know that I might be asking this to ppl already agreeing with me, I'm genuinely asking if there's anything wrong, any fallacies in what I wrote. I genuinely want the people who might disagree with me to (respectfully) explain what I'm missing, and where I'm wrong, please !🤗

Speaking of parasocial, is anyone else feeling a bit uneasy since the drama? I know people on twt and discord too for example have tendencies to keep documents with people’s usernames, cross-site usernames and so on and it looks like since 6 they went even more insane with the bullying simply because the rest of us are speaking up in our spaces of a personal dislike. That would be like me gathering information about any girl who says anything against Caleb, saving proof and keep adding others to it simply because they disagree with my likes and dislikes.

Sorry and at this point I mean it disrespectfully but it sounds batshit crazy to me, what happened to being allowed to have your preferences? What is about 6 that makes them behave this psychotic? It’s not normal to single out real people for a 3D character.
I seriously don’t want to be in the same fandom as they are, I’m afraid they’ll never leave and I am mad at Infold for not speaking up for the rest of us as their fans who stuck around and paid up until now for the OG5.

let me preface by saying that i don’t hate anyone who likes this character nor am i trying to spread negativity but i just want to share my thoughts since i feel like i’m the only one like this.

anyways, every time i see anything about valko, i end up hating him even more.

i honestly don’t care about a 6th li but valko to me is a recycled version of sylus and caleb. he looks very similar to sylus and his story is almost identical to caleb’s (correct me if i’m wrong). also, the puppy/wolf thing was caleb’s.

another thing i hate is when i’m watching an edit or a silly video with the og 5 lads men and someone in the comments is like “WHERE’S VALKO?!” or i’ll watch en edit of one of the boys and someone says that valko’s better and i’m like??

also, infold not releasing a new banner or anything ruining it for us players who are still interested in the game with or without valko. i understand that maybe some of the new banners have valko in it and that’s why we don’t have anything new but i wish we’d get a teaser or anything.

lastly, the whole situation is confusing. i keep seeing fear mongering and racism towards chinese people but then i see someone pin the blame on a teenager who fabricated everything. i don’t engage in the fandom much (except for caleb mains) so i don’t really know most of the problems or drama but this time, everything with valko is just so annoying and is ruining the game for me.

EDIT: also omg i forgot to mention quite a few said not to be mean to valko because it’s rude and i’m like??? baby girl he’s made out of pixels
