Been an HVAC technician/ Controls Service Tech For a couple years now, mostly work with Niagara programming and networking. At a get together recently I met a friend of a friend who was telling me his company is recruiting for a FSE and I should apply. I told him I’m not sure if what I know can transfer into the field, he told me he is always hiring people who have a background in HVAC and knowing controls is a plus. Is my leg being pulled or is their some truth to this.
