Hi all! Like many my age, I'm on a mission to meet people. I'm looking for groups or clubs to be a part of, and I'm struggling to track good ones down. So, I figured I'd crowdsource it!

**Some criteria:**

My life is set up in and around Blouberg, so as close to that as possible is ideal.

It would be great if such a group/club included/touched on some of my interests, which include:

*Art and all things creativity*

*Learning new skills like woodworking or leatherwork*

*Writing and storytelling*

*Discussing books, movies, or tv shows*

*Music and jamming with other musicians (I've been a drummer since 2010)*

And ideas, suggestions, or intel of any kind would be super helpful and appreciated!

Hi all! This is awkward and out of my comfort zone, but as I'm sure people my age are well aware, it's tough out here. People talk about one's three places (home, work, and some other third place like church); I live with family, work for myself, and have a church with very few people my age, so I'm testing out online as a way to meet new people.

I'm open to simply making like-minded friendship connections, but in particular I'm looking for a cool gal to share life with.

I'm a 27 year old guy living in Cape Town. As Weird Al put it, I'm "whiter than sour cream." Not terribly tall (about 153cm) and quite slim. I work as a freelance graphic designer. Despite challenges and obstacles in the journey, I'm a committed Christian. I'm also very much a theology nerd.

I'm also a bit of a nerd (Whovian in my username being a reference to Doctor Who). I have a love for very niche tv shows, and I read academic journal articles for fun. I'm also a creativity-nerd, and I fan out about all sorts of art stuff all the time.

Health complications mean I'm not your padel/running/hyrox kind of Capetonian, but I do love slow walks in beautiful places and I try to gym to keep healthy.
