First time trying Arabic Calligraphy Quilling (Alhamdulillah). Hope I didn’t make any mistakes with the Harakat! 🥺❤️
Hey everyone! This is my very first attempt at Arabic calligraphy using paper quilling. I tried my best to capture the curves of "Alhamdulillah," but since it's my first time, I'm a bit nervous about whether the jer, jobor, and pesh (harakat) are 100% accurate. Praying that Allah forgives me if there are any unintentional mistakes.

Finally finished my typography quilling project! 🔴⚫
After days of patient twisting, shaping, and gluing, I’ve finally framed this piece. It’s a custom letter monogram ("N") combining 3D paper quilling and fine line work.
I’m really happy with how the red and black contrast turned out, especially with that little pop of multi-colored tight coils at the top left.
Big thanks to the community for the recent tips on backgrounds! I ended up keeping the background clean and focused on using my new acrylic brush markers and dual-ended silicone/dotting tools to get the fine detailing and glue placement right. It made a huge difference in the final premium finish.
