I (18F), get paranoid hella at night. Not sure if its my neighbourhood or the fact someone tried to enter my home before.

I live with my family - yet I still can't go to bed, fearing someone will come in.

I've been thinking of sleeping under my bed and making a little space under there...

Advice heavily needed.
