What’s the true purpose?

Hello all, I am new to the model kit assembly hobby, found out about 30MF and it really resonated with me.

I am collecting all the kits, I count around 47 main kits, I have 10 so far, I like some more than others but the lore is amazing and I want to collect even more… but as I see on social media, looks like the real fun begins when you create your own classes mixing and matching parts to create something unique (even when you paint it to your liking). I am not in that part yet…

So if you create your own kits, is it better or more fun? To take two different kits and create one custom one? I wish to collect all the kits but all I see is people customizing theirs and I wonder if I’m missing out for not doing it myself…

What do you guys think?

Two new members join the guild

Hello, we’re new. Happy to be here.

So cool building the Dragonia Knight and Rosan Archer.

Got a couple more yet to build.

So I asked AI to create me a picture of a new Dragonia type class. Behold the Dragonia Hunter and the Dragonia Mage!

Really liked how they turned out. If only Bandai released something like this to keep expanding the lore of the Dragonia species.

My current collection

I’m just starting, but I’m OBSESSED with 30 MF. They are my first models ever and even though they are not around in my country and importing them is expensive, I am collecting them one by one.

Customizing them will be even more expensive, but ai’m slowly getting tools for building and customizing. I’ve seen so many amazing works out there that I want to create my own story with them.
