Phonak Audeo I-90 Sphere and Bluetooth
I just got fitted for the Phonak I90 Sphere hearing aids and they have been amazing in the one week I’ve used them. I can actually hear people next to me in loud situations, which I’ve never been able to do before! it’s amazing. But …I’m having a problem with the Bluetooth. When the phone rings or plays something with audio, it goes through the hearing aids - even when I have the volume turned all the way down. I keep my phone on silent mode and I turn app volumes up only when I want to listen to whatever is playing. but the sound still comes through the hearing aid. I’ve adjusted every setting I can find. I even made an automation to turn off the ringer volume when the hearing aids connect. But the sounds still play as if I have the volume turned all the way up. Does anyone have any advice for me? I’m using an iPhone 11, it’s is updated to the latest operating system and apps automatically update.
