The perfect soup when you start to feel a cold coming on! I added carrots and spinach as I had some I needed to use. Also used chicken broth instead of water per the comments. Loved!!

The seasoning mix definitely held a punch! Would probably go a little lighter on it next time but otherwise we very much enjoyed this meal.

I used freshly caught Mahi Mahi instead of Cod. Summer in a soup!

Should have crisp’d up the chicken more before putting it back in the pot but everything was yummy

This was the day we learned that substituting freeze dried strawberries with frozen strawberries wasn’t a very good idea 😆 cake was still delish!

Still have some swelling but already really happy with my results. I also got facetite so I know that takes even longer. I hear swelling may come back with a vengeance in week three but I’ve been consistent with my head garment and ice roller

I finally did it! Chin lipo + facetite in Atlanta.

Swollen and tender but my procedure took less than an hour! Super easy, and agree with everyone here that the head garment is the worst part. Good thing I work from home! Looking forward to seeing further results!
