How to make this work properly? Can't find any resources online.

It's a 1947 Smith-Corona Sterling. When typing, it often won't advance to the next line. I got a hooked tension spring onto this piece attached to a hole on the carriage, but it interfered. This is the last thing I need to make this fully functional and usable (if not a bit grimy on the inside). It seems like it would be an easy enough fix, but resources are hard to find on this exact issue.

Extras include two stands, Bird Cord pd + 12v usb c adapter and battery pack. One stand holds the battery, has a slot for the cable, and has a lower angle. Second stand is a slightly larger angle.

Disk Overload. Abnormal or expected? Macbook Air M4

Hello everyone! I just got a Macbook Air M4 10 Core 10 GPU with 24gb RAM and I'm running Suite. Haven't run into any issues really, but I've been monitoring CPU usage more than I usually do while I'm still in the return window since it is a refurbished Macbook Air.

I'm noticing the Disk overload indicator flashing on briefly when doing some modulation using some M4L devices. I'm only running like 4 tracks and CPU is at like 10-15% when this is occurring. Recorded a little video and linked in comments.
