Have seen lots of people try. People who can’t push past N3 even with experience simply can’t find jobs.

Yes, it’s not impossible. People do get lucky, but the best way is really just to keep trying to improve THEN start applying.

(This is probably not gonna stop the daily can’t speak Japanese want job posts though lol)

At first I thought getting passed around multiple engineers 50 times as well as getting asked to submit 100 million logs was only an Indian thing, but it's the same thing with their Japanese support (no wonder they're always 'hiring' on LinkedIn)! I have 2 tickets open for half a year now, with no sign of resolution.
