Research Study for UK Parents and Children (4-7 years)

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are looking for children aged 4-7 years in the UK to take part in an online research study exploring how animated content may help children understand social behaviour.

As part of the FRAME Project at Anglia Ruskin University, your child will:

- Watch 2 short animated videos (6 minutes each)
- Answer simple interactive questions using an emoji-based “smiley face” scale
- Take part with your (parent or carer) assistance throughout

The study can be completed online from home in a few minutes.

If you are interested in taking part or would like to find out more, please scan the QR code in the poster to register.

Your participation could help us better understand how children learn about kindness, sharing, and other social behaviours through the prosocial cartoons that are usually on TV!!

Your contribution will be greatly helpful in completing my research and contributing to the field of developmental psychology. Please do participate, and we are here for any questions you have!

(P.S. The Advertisement poster is made using CANVA)

Looking for a 3rd female housemate - double room in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge (from 30th Aug)

Hi all,

My friend and I have found a lovely 3-bed house in Cherry Hinton, CB1, and we're looking for a third housemate to take the remaining double room.

About the room:

  • Large double room, £700 pcm (bills not included)
  • Built-in wardrobe
  • Available from today
  • Pets allowed

About the house:

  • Semi-detached, recently refurbished, new flooring in the living/dining room
  • Modern kitchen, guest toilet downstairs
  • Garden, driveway parking
  • 5 min walk to Cherry Hinton high street and the bus station
  • 5 min drive / 11 min cycle to Addenbrooke's Hospital
  • 13 min cycle to Parker's Piece via Mill Road

About us:

  • We are both PhD students at ARU. We are clean, friendly and ambiverts who love artwork, reading books and, most importantly, food 😄. We both really enjoy cooking, trying different foods and baking, so there will probably be plenty of food around the house! 😂 We’re hoping to make the house feel warm, comfortable and homely rather than just somewhere we share rooms. We’re looking for a lovely, respectful and clean person who would enjoy that kind of atmosphere and would be interested in moving in with us around 1st September.
  • Females and non-smokers only, please

Rent is £700 pcm plus a share of bills, min. term 8 months. Happy to arrange a viewing - DM me if interested, and I can share more photos and details.

Thanks!
