Warning: Death related to Mirogabalin + Rilmazafone
Cant believe I’m making this post but my best friend overdosed and died sunday after basically live texting me a Mirogabalin trip report Saturday night.
Its lowkey too painful to keep reading the texts but he staggered 3 30mg doses to begin with, then did 50mg sublingual 2 hours later, then insufflated an unknown amount about an hour after that. It seems he was under the influence of Rilmazafone Friday, and possibly saturday morning.
Anyone who could give me an understanding of typical doses of mirogabalin would be appreciated because this really comes out of nowhere. He was extremely smart 130+iq with a very very strong understanding of pharmacology and chemistry. He was super tolerant to all benzos and would do absurd doses all the time but only ever needed to go to the hospital for stuff like Tiletamine and Brorphine overdose. He was 6’1 and probably 200lbs.
I’m a former addict and understand how these things can just come out of the blue but that doesnt take away from how un fucking believably painful this is. BE CAREFUL and don’t let this happen to you.
