Hey everyone,

I’m working with a manufacturer that’s looking to grow through distributors, and I’m trying to figure out the best way to actually find them.

Right now I’m looking at things like trade shows, LinkedIn, industry forums, associations, cold outreach, etc., but I’m sure I’m missing something

For those of you who’ve actually built a distributor network, where did your best distributors come from?

This is my first time getting into commodity brokerage/business development, so I’d appreciate any advice or lessons you’ve learned
