Am I being overly sensitive?

My downstairs neighbor's bass has been a problem for a year. Lately, this has been going on at all hours during the night, even on weeknights. It's hard to capture it on my phone but just looking for a sanity check because she acts like I'm being so unreasonable.

Intense PMS - is it temporary?

Hi everyone, would really appreciate some insight/advice.

I got off of the combo pill about 4.5 months ago. For most of my cycle, I feel great and have no problems. My cycle is still long so obviously still adjusting.

But the week before my period, I feel pretty terrible. I have the typical PMS symptoms like bloating, irritability, and fatigue, but also some flu-like symptoms and inflammation (eg, sinus pressure, low grade fever, costochondritis flare). NSAIDs don't seem to help at all, which is weird because they do help when I'm actually sick.

Another weird thing is that it has seemingly gotten a little worse each cycle. And I don't remember this being an issue before bc.

Has anyone else had these luteal phase symptoms post-bc? Did they eventually go away? Any supplement recommendations to help stabilize things? I plan to talk to my doctor but would appreciate other perspectives in the meantime!! TIA.

On CD 30, I had an LH test that was just a shade lighter than the control line but still negative. They've gotten lighter since then. I also just stopped taking BC in February.

Anyone else experience charts like this or have insight?

TIA!
