I hate myself, i fall in love so easily, he speaks to a lot of girls so.

This has to count as a form of self harm why am i doing this to myself

I want to learn how to fight, have no money to buy classes. I want to learn by myself. I need to know how to defend myself.

Im 16,turning 17 in july, i weigh like 60kg if that helps, im about roughly 5'5 and i want to be able to defend myself

How do i get stronger?
