Recently we did a round-trip to Europe on companion pass which was 499+surcharges. However I don't see any SQC deposited for my companion (spouse). My understanding was she should still get SQC at (499+790)\*4 (flex fare). I could not find anything in the companion pass terms and conditions about this.

This should have helped her hit 50K for the year.

Is companion pass not eligible for SQC?

Any advice is much appreciated.
