This morning I did the foolish thing of reaching for my phone and reading my emails before even getting out of bed. I failed a pre-employment assessment and I won’t be eligible to apply for this company/job for another year. I pride myself on my test taking skills and I can be super hard on myself and I was certainly hard on myself today. I still have a headache from how much overthinking I’ve been doing (the crying and lack of drinking water didn’t help either).

Then I went on Pinterest and found this image and it made me chuckle.

Because it wasn’t all bad today! A stranger told me I had a model walk today and when I got home I had the most wonderful conversations with my parents and brother. I also found another job posting that I’m interested in!

I will continue to remind myself that rejection is redirection. I’m going to continue to stack my money and work on healthy habits so I can be the best version of myself for myself.

First time I ordered a box from Japan and this was the first Sonny I opened because the box was squished !!!! I’m waiting to open the other ones as a *reward* for the work week ahead, will probably share my complete haul at the end of the week 🤗
