i’m new to frogs and i have a 45x45x60 vivarium and want to get some northern green tree frogs

i was wondering how i should ebay the tank for it to be most effective. i have seen online people using a heating mat and im wondering if there’s something i should use in conjunctions with that? and what the best recommended heating mat would be?
