My downloads are all at 0 B/s.

I'm running Nord VPN with uTorrent but cannot get anything to work. I see peers for all of the content I'm trying to download but everything is either stalled or "downloading meta data"

Is there a step by step guide for setting up uTorrent with NordVPN that is current? Seems like every guide I've found so far is out of date.

I'd be open to using ProtonVPN if that's better/easier.
