Hive Mind Thoughts: Pickup Recommendation

What's up BKP people?! I'm currently laying out another custom build from the wonderful boys at Iconic Guitars, this time on their Solana 7MS platform. 7 String, Black Limba, Multiscale, Drop F#, Ebony board, big stainless frets, Evertune, wanting to write some Spiritbox-inspired stuff with it.

Issue is, I don't play like Mike Stringer, and tend to prefer lower output pickups all around. So, Halcyon is probably out.

I'm eyeing either Polymaths, or Ragnaroks, maybe Nailbombs, I definitely want something that will still sound great for cleans and low/mid gain stuff without overdriving anything, but still handle extremely low tunings and tons of gain without getting too thin/stringy or feeling like I need to dig in super hard to get the sound i'm, looking for.

Anybody got any ideas? TIA

UPDATE: I took it home! Beautiful and incredible bass. The one I got was also incredibly light for a 5. My old Stingray Special 5 HH is just a lick over 10 lbs. The combustion Nashville is 8lb 11oz. Much more comfortable to play for long stints

I have a Combustion Nashville 5 on hold at sweetwater that I’m going to play in person and likely take home later this week, from the few demos I’ve found it’s right up my alley sonically and feature wise. Who else here has this model and can chime in on their experience? Especially anyone with the pau ferro fingerboard!
