My question is pag nabuntis ako kaagad
.. maari ko bang gamitin in advance ang ML? For example 5 months palang pero malapit na ang end date
.. pwedi ba magrequest iextend ang end date kasi buntis?
.. pwedi ba magredundate ng buntis
Gusto ko nasa maredundate pero at the same time gusto ko mamaximize yung ML before leaving.

I have enough savings (meron kami tatlong fund: emergency, baby, family, travel)

My background:
- manager role, good company eaning above 80k/mo
- been wanting to resign for years pero cant give up the good pay and ang konti kase ng rto
- PCOS girlie since 2022 and of course ng dahil to sa stress sa current job ko
- i reached my limit last year but decided to hold on so we can save for our wedding last Dec 2025
- actively finding a job for a month now but not progressing ang application
My goal:
- find a new job as soon as possible
- remove myself to my current stressor
- focus on my health
- actively try for a baby after regularization
My challenge:
- ang tagal pala maghanap ng work huhu this means madedelay den ang pag baby
- resign na resign na talaga ako, im an empty cup already
- turning 32 this year, not sure how fast ill get pregnant with my pcos
SHOULD I just stay with my current job? tiisin ko nalang ba? Actively try for a baby tapos mag maternity leave nalang lang ako when im still in a good company?
Should i find a new job then try for a baby?
Tbh i dont even know what other options i have..
