What’s going on guys, I recently moved from nj and I’m looking for some clarification on some things I’m seeing conflicting answers for online.

1. I got approved for a place in PA while I was in the process of applying for my nj fid. Once I learned I got the place, I withdrew the nj application. Does anyone know if I should expect a delay through PICS because of this?
2. How long after getting my PA license do I need to wait to purchase a firearm and/or apply for my LTCF?
