Anyone knows about this error in this edition? [Minotauro]

A friend gifted me these books (even though I already have my set) just because she wanted to.

It’s a classic pocket edition from Minotauro in Spanish.

I was looking through these edition and the spine caught my attention since it said the same thing and without emphasizing which book was it.

I searched and it is actually an error (I think).

I attached the images and the one from Google that has the correct spine.

Anyone knows about this issue?

Just some questions I’ve had when completing this form. If anybody knows, you’re welcome, thanks in advance 🙏🏼

I’m from Venezuela, just in case.

For blood pressure, do I have to indicate it as 120/85 and then 85 in the boxes next to each other, or just the maximum and then the minimum? Kind of a dumb question, but I ask too much. (I can’t post the picture for you all see it better, I’m so sorry)

In regards with vision, I would say I have 20/20 with glasses, but without glasses, could I put 10/10? I have a small lunar/mole in my right eye (which is the one I don’t see the best with), so I don’t if it’s okay putting it as 10/10 or other way.

Anyone knows if a vaccination record (a small card with the history) will be required? I think I have mine and I have to look for it. I know most of the vaccines I have since childhood, but maybe they will ask for proof, just in case.

As of now, I think that’s it.
