how long after the treatment without symptomd can you say you’re done with it?

so i got reinfested and doing 2 rounds of ivermectin+the cream again with all the washing and cleaning etc. but i feel that maybe they dont all die, is it bad to do 3 rounds? all with 7 days in between?
