Think it's safe to say that it's really going for it!

This little guy was a gift a while ago and is now (I think) flowering?

Should I just leave it be, as I assume that's a sign it's healthy? Should I give it a bigger pot?

Any advice welcome, I'm very much not normally a plant person.
